Coronavirus (COVID-19) affects communities around the world, this is a difficult time for all of us. At Arkance Systems, our priority is the health of our employees, customers and partners. During this crisis, it is also important to us to support your business continuity as we all adjust to these challenging circumstances.

To fully support you while working from home, we have taken some (new) actions:

All face to face meetings and training classes that were planned until April 3rd will be postponed. We will be contacting you shortly to reschedule or propose online meeting/training sessions as an alternative.

In addition, our partner Autodesk recently took following commitment:

The purchase of new multi-user subscription plans is extended to August 7, 2020 and their retirement moved to August 7, 2021. Transitioning customers to named user will starting May 7, 2020.
